  Went through today and found the only diesel pump blocked off by painters, asked the attendant inside and was told "if your car accepts hi-flow diesel you can use the truck bay" moved over to fill my car as i had minimal left in my tank, go to move my car to pay and get told by a very rude painter i couldn't be there as it was a truck bay, as i knew this i explained the situation to have him rudely not let me get back through and repeated i shouldnt be there and he didn't care why, as i was trying to get out i came very close to a truck trying to get through at the same time! Very rude, and very inconvenient to block off the only diesel pump, on the highway!!

  I bought the coffee here, but the machine was out of service when it making my coffee, so I told the staff for the help, unfortunately she is very rude. Very disappointed

  Hot food(mostly fresh) stay away from the bain marie.

  Not a big fan of Shell fuel but this place is open 24/7 and the restaurant is what makes this place a truckstop also. The service and the food quality are both excellent and for a fee you can even freshen up with a hot shower

  Servo itself ok. Offers diesel although if you get stuff behind someone who decides to pay for fuel and then go.into truck stop your in trouble as only one lane for normal vehicle's. Ice, gas refills and soda stream refills, coffee and a specials basket although not marked down well. Toilets in truck stop part and showers have to be paid for.
